Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and CraftCodely SRL ("BeyondFolder," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of beyondfolder.com, including the free calculators and the Directories submission tracker (together, the "Service").

By accessing the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BeyondFolder provides:

• Product information — pages describing our products, each of which may have its own terms on its own site
• Free tools — SaaS calculators that run entirely in your browser
• Directories tracker — an account-based tool for tracking which directories you have submitted your projects to, including a shared catalog of directories and an MCP endpoint for AI agents

The Directories tracker is offered free of charge and is under active development. Features may change or be removed.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights
• Attempt to access another user's account, projects, submissions, or API keys
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service, or bypass its authentication, rate limits, or bot protection
• Use the Service to send spam, or to submit content to third-party directories in a way that violates those directories' own rules
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the directory catalog as a standalone product
• Overload the Service with automated requests beyond the published rate limits
• Upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You keep ownership of everything you enter into the tracker — your projects, submission records, notes and custom directories ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and we do not share it with other users.

You are responsible for Your Content, including having the right to store it and ensuring it is accurate.

The shared directory catalog is provided for convenience and information only.

• Entries are compiled from public and community sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, including domain ratings, pricing and submission URLs
• Listing a directory is not an endorsement, and implies no affiliation, partnership, or relationship with the directory operator
• Each directory has its own rules, pricing and review process. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them
• We do not guarantee that submitting to any directory will result in a listing, traffic, backlinks, or any SEO outcome

Directories you add yourself remain private to your account.

The tracker exposes an MCP endpoint so you can let AI agents read and update your submission records.

• API keys are shown once, at creation. We store only a hash and cannot recover a lost key — create a new one instead
• A key may be unscoped (all of your projects) or scoped to a single project. Choose the narrowest scope that works
• Anything an agent does with your key counts as your own activity, and you remain responsible for it
• Requests are rate limited. We may change limits, or revoke keys that are used abusively

The calculators are educational estimates based on the numbers you enter and on general industry benchmarks. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, or business advice. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a business decision.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis, with no uptime commitment or service level agreement. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service — including the Directories tracker — at any time. Where a change would materially affect account holders, we will make a reasonable effort to give notice by email.

The Service links to third-party websites, including every directory in the catalog, and relies on third-party providers such as Cloudflare and Google. We do not control those sites and services and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

BeyondFolder, its software, design, copy and branding are owned by CraftCodely SRL and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. They do not transfer any ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@beyondfolder.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your account data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — do survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that the directory catalog is accurate or complete, or that using it will produce any particular marketing result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftCodely SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to one hundred euros (€100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CraftCodely SRL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.

• Governing law — these Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles
• Jurisdiction — any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania
• Informal resolution — before starting a formal dispute, please contact us at support@beyondfolder.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly
• Consumer rights — if you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be announced to account holders by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
