    An AI support agent that answers from your docs. It kept getting search traffic without any work from me, but people came for the free tools and almost none of them paid. I stopped working on it in June 2026.

Why do people say they'd use your product and then never buy it?

I validated my product before building it and still had 0 customers two months after launch. The pain was real. What I never tested was whether anyone would switch.
